As is the trend nowadays in conducting business due to the pandemic, face-to-face meeting is less relevant now than it was before. The website is not updated with clients' data, so subscription is curtailed. Users of the application prepare their own reports except in especial circumstances in which they do not have the technical skills to deal with certain problems. A token donation is requested if such circumstance occurs, and if assistance is needed.

For a simple token donation, we will email the templates of "FIFO - Aggregator of Capital Gains and Losses" to a client who requests it. The templates will help in the aggregation process from start to finish. They are easy to use. All the client has to do is upload an Excel formatted CSV file and start the aggregation process. APPENDIX A - HEADINGS DEFINITIONS, Page 116, in the book "FIFO - Aggregator of Capital Gains and Losses" describes the templates.

However, a less Excel knowledgeable user might need assistance along the process, in which case we may have to spend time to assist him.
